Feziwe Bacela serves as the Free State Provincial Convener for Hi-Gitters, bringing a wealth of experience in health, youth development, and community wellness. Her journey began in nursing and evolved into a deeply impactful career in child and youth care, where she cultivated expertise in communication, program design, and stakeholder engagement.

 

Feziwe has played a pivotal role in developing training manuals for volunteer support and has led health and wellness initiatives with a strong spiritual foundation. Her qualifications include a Certificate in Nursing, a Diploma in Child and Youth Development, a Diploma in Ministry, and a Certificate in Employee Assistance Programs. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, strategic thinking, and a commitment to holistic development.
